We had an amazing stay at Salerno Motel. The spa bath in our room was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The room had all the essentials and the kitchen was well-equipped. The hosts were attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. we highly recommend this hotel.

This was our second choice because of the earthquake in Christchurch, we had no worries. It was extremely well presented with very helpful staff. Our first choice for any future trips.

The location of the motel is perfect, with easy access to local attractions. You can easily walk to restaurants and even a local pub or all-day breakfast café. The city center is also close by, making it convenient for business travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like a kitchen and laundry facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The daily supply of coffee and tea is a nice touch, and the cooked breakfast brought to your room is a great convenience.

The hotel lacks a breakfast restaurant, but this is easily solved by either having breakfast brought to your room or going to a nearby place.

The studio was brand new and large,had a kitchenett with a washing machine,big bathroom.The building itself without any signs of damage.

the bed was really comfortable & the bed cover felt clean. Often at other places they don't - so a very good point

Perhaps some cushions for the couch & chair. The shower over the spa bath was harder to get in & out of due to the high lip & sides. This was a bit tricky & could have been slippery. Less agile customers may have had difficulty

Salerno Motel Apartments are located within walking distance to the city with plenty of restaurants close by. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished with all you would need to be comfortable. Staf were kind and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

There was very little wardrobe / drawer space for clothing to be put awy!

Comfortable, clean, good shower, parking, and convenient location. Could walk to nearby destinations. Despite busy road, slept well. Staff friendly and efficient. Design and cleanliness exceeded expectations. a pleasant stay.

The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable experience. The room I stayed in was newly furnished and had a spa bath, which was a luxurious touch. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and downtown attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this motel for its excellent service and convenient location.

It was a really good base for a stay in Christchurch, ideally located for everything in and out of the city

I know it is a motel, however, it is noisy because the entrance faces the Beavely Ave, very noisy.
